I don't know the context for your question but I can suggest an example answer, I hope it helps!

For example, Chapter 2 of South African constitution says that "Everyone has the right to freedom of expression". This means that if someone is discriminated, bullied or experiences violence due to their views (such as religious views) they can sue this other person under the constitution and win. If it were successfully implemented (this is problematic), this law would protect people from such discrimination.
