In a changing environment, which organisms have an advantage-those that reproduce asexually or those that reproduce sexually?

Organisms who reproduce asexually have the advantage, because they don't need a mate.

Most likely asexually, because they don't need a mate to have a baby. The asexual reproduction just divides the one organism into itself as a replication.
