Bill of rights 1.freedom of speech,press,assembly,petition,and religion 5 freedoms 2.bear arms own weapons 3. no quartering troops 4. no illegal searches or seizures 5.due of process,double jeopardy,self incrimination 6.criminals right charges trail and speedy/right to a attorney 7.civil cases get a jury trial 8. no cruel and unusual punishments 9. rights not listed are still protected 10. powers not delegated (given) to the federal government are reserved for the states.
