What are three prevention strategies to prevent yourself from becoming depressed?

Exercise, eating chocolate, dont isolate yourself from others or people youre close to, talk to people about how youre feeling, put yourself around people or things that make you feel happy.

Im not sure if this is the kind of answer youre looking for, but this is what ive learned and this is what ive heard can help.
