What is the judicial branch?

It is a branch of the state and is often tasked with the equal justice under law. It usually consists of a court of final appeal and it is called the Supreme court. Or Constitutional court. Together it will lower courts.

The "Judicial Branch" of government is responsible for the interpretation for the constitution. The judicial branch is made up of many courts and was established in Article III of the constitution.
