A memoir is written in the first person. This means it is written from one person's perspectives, and is directly their experience. So, "I/me/my". It's different to the third person which never uses these in the narrative, and uses "he/she/it/".

Harry Potter is in the third person. The Hunger Games are in first. A memoir is written from one person's experience, and is in the first person.
