Poetry is a s varied as it can be. It is true that there are fixed and rigurous conventions of poetry in which meter and rhyme are of great importance to create its structure, a sonnet for instance is a poem that follows a very specific scheme. However, free verse has neither regular rhyme nor formulized meter. It has no limitations and ideas are conveyed the way the poet desires. The right answer is true.
