Cheng H 1371-1433) was a Chinese sailor and explorer. He served under the rule of emperor Yung-lo. He also was the leader of the expeditions to the South Seas at the beginning of the 15th century. For instance, in the first expedition participated 62 large ships, 250 small ships, and around 27,000 sailors.
