circumference of a circle = 2πr
so circumference = 2x
π
x(12/2)
=12*3.14
= 37.68 to the nearest hundreth

pi=3.14 for now
d=diameter
d=12
C=12*3.14
C=37.68 m
answer is 37.68m
if you wanted more acurite, then find to the thoustadth and round (you would ge 37.692 )
