About thirty minutes after eating a seafood sampler at your restraunt, a customer complains of numbness in his mouth, dizziness, and an inability to move his arms. What does he most likely have?

My guess would be food poisoning

Your customer most likely has an allergy to shellfish or something else he ate. He is now experiencing an anaphylactic reaction, which if not treated immediately could result in anaphylactic shock and possibly death.
