The first polygon is regular because all the sides and angles are equal.
The second polygon is not regular because all the angles but not the sides are equal.

#1 is a pentagon.
It's regular, because all the sides are the same length.
#2 is a hexagon.
It's not regular, because the sides don't all have the same length.
