The correct answer is D. Eat lots of whole grains. Calcium can be found in lots of grains and in vegetables too which is why you should take them on a regular basis. A good example for this is soy and drinking soy milk that can help you with calcium without providing you with lactose. It can also be found in nutty fruit.
