Which macromolecule includes steroids

Lipids, Although there is four classes of macromolecules that constitute all living matter: Carbohydrates, Lipids, Proteins, and Nucleic acids. Best answer i'd go with is, Lipids.

Steroids belongs to the group of lipids. This a biologically active substance(organic molecule) which has four rings arranged in a specific molecular configuration.

They are chemically lipids because they are insoluble in water because they are hydrophobic.

Cholesterol is the most common kind of steroid which is known to be the precursor to vitamin D.
