easy peasy
ok so remember

x^{ (m)/(n) } = \sqrt[n]{x^(m)}
so

80a^{ (3)/(4) } = \sqrt[4]{80a^(3)}
80=2^4*5

80a^{ (3)/(4) } = 2\sqrt[4]{5a^(3)}
