L.S.A = pi (7) (19) similar to 133*pi
3.14 * 133 similar to 417.62
similar to 417.62cm^2

The formula is SA =
\pi r^(2) + \pi rl. r is the radius and l is the slant height. In your case it would be
49\pi + 133\pi = 172\pi.
