Yes, the correct answer is false. If it's your parent's property they can get in the same amount of trouble as you, making them liable as well.

Parents who provide alcohol to underage drinkers will be accountable for breaking the law. However, if the guardians were unaware that there was underage drinking going on in their residence, then they are not usually responsible for it.
