Endorcrine glands tend to secrete tiny amounts of endocrine hormones into the bloodstream. On the other hand, Exocrine glands create hormones towards the surface of the bloodstream. Note that "exo" means "outside" that's why exocrine serves a completely opposite purpose from the endorcrine.
