The total of internal angles of a triangle always adds up to 180 degrees. Since we know 2 of the 3 angles we can find the missing angle.
64 degrees + 16 degrees = 80 degrees
This is 2 of the 3 angles.
The 3rd angle will be 180 - 80 = 100 degrees
