Is it acceptable for children to work full-time instead of going to school?

a lot of people learn more in the real world working but now you can't really get a good job without a good education so its really up in the air.

In my opinion yes but that's an opinion you need an answer so here you go. (No it is not social acceptable for children to work  full time instead of go to school because that would mean they couldn't learn and couldn't get an education.) (I've learned more working than I did in school.)
