Plants with specialized tissues that can transport fluids are called vascular plants. They are mostly made up of xylem and phloem. Nonvascular plants of course do not transport fluids. Bryophytes are nonflowering plants comprising of mosses, liverworts and hornworts, they don’t transport fluids.
