It would have a y-intercept at -7, an x-intercept at 4, and it would have a slope of -4/5. You can use Desmos to help you graph.

y=f(x) = (-4/5)x+(16/5)-7
y=(-4x/5)+(16-7•5/5)
y=(-4x/5)-19/5
