This is a question about inflection points. I see that there are a total of 5 maxima and minima, and I know that inflection points happen when there are maxima and minima in the first derivative. I currently think that the fourth answer is the best but something doesn't feel right about it for some reason.

When the original has a point of inflection or changing concavity, f'(x) has a max or min. So you are correct, the fourth answer is right.
