Why is using slang not appropriate in a business setting? Slang is appropriate if you are extremely familiar with your audience. Slang displays a tone that is too casual. Slang is inappropriate unless it is countered by the use of jargon. Slang is an example of pathos and considered unprofessional. none of the above

1 Because in business meetings it is appropriate to use words in sentence form that is familiar and known to all members of the audience and useing "slang" may not be known or familiar to all parts of the party.

2 or the could just be raciest to black people or people who use slang or want to be like someone who uses "slang"

Hello there!

I would say that the 4th option is the best choice:

Slang is an example of pathos and considered unprofessional.

Hope this helps and have a great day! :)
