I think the cargo should be the manufactured goods like cloth, firearms, etc.

The correct answer is Manufactured goods from France

Tobacco and Rum were brought from the Caribbean to Europe, as as did all other raw resources. Then from Europe to Africa they would send manufactured goods like clothes or weaponry that would be exchanged for slaves. The slaves would be taken to the new world then where they would work to get resources.
