Imagine disease kills 85 percent of the wolf population. How will it affect the other organisms?

Well, wolves are predators. It would increase the number of prey in the area since there is a decrease, there wouldn't be as many predators to regulate the population. Also, food would run low, such as grass, berries, etc. and hurt the other animal population eating them. It would affect the whole food chain.
