Antipsychotic medications like Olanzapine are clinically known to show the most effect on hallucinations and delusions in schizophrenic patients. Aside from these, some effect of antipsychotics on negative and cognitive symptoms has also been observed. However, the evidence for these are not concrete enough to warrant a specified prescription.
