Yes cuz if u would simplify 31/3 u would get 10 and 1/3 and when u have negative numbers, the lower the whole, the greater the amount. Just looking at the whole numbers u can tell that -3. 36 is greater.

I do agree because -31/3 is equal to -10.33333 and -3.36 is greater than -10.33333 HOPE IT HELPSSSS
