What type of health insurance plan enables you to see any healthcare provider and reimburse you according to the pre-approved amount?

Many health cares allow you to do that. Or so they say, when you see commercials on T.V about how you can see any doctor or pharmacist, but when you apply for them you can't do that. There is no specific answer for this, just be careful on what you see on the internet or on the TV

It's the Indemnity plan. They allow you to visit any healthcare provider of your choice, then pay up front and they will reimburse you with a pre-approved amount, without having to choose a primary care provider or be limited to certain providers only, which is great for people who are looking for flexibility in a health insurance plan
