The climate is the weather or air around us. The Ocean is made up of water, and cooler air falls towards the ground. As water condenses, the air around it becomes cooler. The best answer is, "C".

Warm ocean air makes the climate around it hot and humid.

The rushing water wouldn't be able to reach all places in a coastal area.

The ocean does have an effect on the climate.

I hope this helps!
