I would say that the correct answer is C Love.

it is the main theme in the story not only for Romeo and Juliet encounter, but there are other kinds of love like family love. I would not include suffering as a universal theme because, in the play, it might be considered a consequence of their family dispute. Love is portrayed in different forms and it is shown as a strong bond especially between the protagonists,
