Is Saudia Arabia (Arabia Peninsula) and Arabians part of the Fertile Crescent?

no because Saudia Arabia has more of a dry land but the fertile crescent has good soil and good rainfall.

countries part of the fertile crescent include Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Cyprus, Jordan, Israel, Palestine, Egypt, as well as part of Turkey, and western Iran.

As shown above, Saudi Arabia is not part of it, and so your answer is:
