I think that is it a good value to have but many people in society and selfish, and care more about themselves rather than others, and just because you are kind or generous in a business, it doesn't mean you should provide a benefit.  I would say it's false but thats just my two cents.  Simply because i believe in the law of attraction, you get out what you put in.
