How does insulating the walls and ceiling of a doghouse model with different materials (none, foam, and cardboard) affect the inside temperature of the doghouse model?

those materials insulate(keep out heat),thus making the house cool

Well, different materials stop heat leaving better. The better the insulating material, the higher the temperature of the doghouse. With the examples provided, i'm sure foam would be the best.
