Magnitude is sqrt ( -sqrt2/2 ^2 + -sqrt2/2 ^2)
= sqrt (0.5 + 0.5)
= 1
The vector is in the third quadrant and its tangent = 1 so the angle is 180 + 45
= 225 degrees
