Hello There!

A. As you can tell by the elipsis it shows the numbers goes on. Therefore it is Recurring

B. The number has a line above the 3. That line means it is recurring.

C. There is nothing to indicate the number goes past that. Therefore, it is non recurring.

D. It also has the line therefore it is recurring.
