Help, please!

Imagine that you are a Native American, forced to relocate west of the Mississippi along the Trail of Tears. Would you find your relocation to be fair, legal, or justified? Explain your answer.

My answer to this is that

If i was actually, a Native American, I think it wouldn't be fair. I was just kicked off land that has been in my family for hundreds of years by foreign occupiers. I wouldn't be happy, but that is for sure.
