I would say this INRM would mainly be involved with both forestry and mining. In mining, it could involve everything from mineral exploration through to property development to mining and milling and then reclamation of the finished site. In forestry it could include timber cruising, a tree harvesting plan, logging and processing the timber and then tree planting to re-forest the logged off areas.
