(8+3(1/3))*(2/3)
(8+1)*(2/3)
9*(2/3)

The given equation is:
(8+3a) * a
To get the value at a=1/3, we will substitute the value of a in the given equation with 1/3 and compute the result as follows:
(8+3(1/3)) * (1/3)
(8+1)*(1/3)
(9) * (1/3) =
3
