A because the others have no punctuation after yes, and also rome us capitalized

The Correct Answer Is: A. Yes, we are traveling this summer to Rome, Italy.

Rome and Italy should both be capitalized. Also, seasons are not capitalized in sentences, and there must be a comma after "Yes" and this sentence includes all that, so it is correct. :)
