The line go through 2 points ( -4 ; 0 ) and ( 0 ; -2 )

So:

• -2 = 0a + b => b = -2
• 0 = -4a + (-2) => a = 2/-4 = -1/2

The line is y = -1/2x - 2 ( i'm not sure)
