They will turn on there sirens, follow behind you and have you pull over. Get out and come to your car, ask for license and registration. Ask you why you ran the red light and give you a ticket.

Depends on where you live.
It's up the person watching the camera to decide if you should get fined or get a ticket. In California you go to court, get fined, points are taken from your drivers license and your insurance goes up.
