since they both have the same x coordinates all we have to do is seeing how many units apart the y coordinate is and that would be and 1.1 is how many units it takes to make 1.3 into 2.4

Point R and point T have same x coordinate so their distance is by y axis.
Ty-Ry=2.4-1.3=1.1
So the distance between two points is 1.1
