The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan was a state recognized in September 1996 when the Taliban began their regulation of Afghanistan after the descent of Kabul when a U.S.-led attack collapsed the rule for providing sanctuary to al-Qaeda and Osama bin Laden. The Taliban forced strict laws and chastised people for participating in Western values this raised the conflicts.
