Which type of carbohydrate aids in removal of waste?

The answer to this question would be: fiber

Fiber is a food that will not be digested, thus will not be absorbed and will be dumped as feces. Fiber help removing waste because it will help the intestine to push out the waste. Fiber also giving bulk to feces, made it easier to defecate.
Other food should be digested in the small intestine and won't be left in the colon.
