The technician A says correct. i.e. use a tire gauge to check the pressure in each tire.

When u remove the pressure valve cap of your tire u will notice the tire makes hiss sound, then u put the pressure gauge (tire gauge) on the valve stem and press it hard.
This is how you do it using tire gauge.
