Chlorpromazine (also knowns as Thorazine) is a drug used for treating mood and/ or psychotic disorders. It makes the person think clearly and less fidgety as it slower the inhibition of self-harm or harming others. As for the woman displaying facial twitches, it may be a sign of EPS or extra-pyramidal symptoms.
