Anthrax inhalation has an array of nonspecific symptoms. Fever, cough, headache, vomiting, and chest pain could all indicate Anthrax poisoning, but it also can be mistaken for the flu. Additional symptoms could also be stomach pain and weakness that mimics a short-lived stomach virus.
