A healthier substitution for one egg is TWO TABLE SPOON BUTTER MILK.
It is sometimes required that one replace eggs in one's recipe with another substitute because of the high level of cholesterol that is found in the egg yolk. There are many substitute that can be used to replace egg, depending on the type of food one want to prepare and one of them is butter milk.
