The slope-intercept form of the equation of a line is

y = mx + b

where m = slope, and b = y-intercept.

m, the slope, multiplies the variable x.

m = slope

In your case, you have -9/10 multiplying x, just like m is in the equation I wrote, so the slope is -9/10
