Men may tend to take things head on without thinking of what will happen later, just the right here, right now. Women may tend to plan things out, plot something bigger. There are many things that differ the sexes,

There are 'Masculine' and 'Feminine' way to approach conflict.

Masculine ways of approaching conflict:

• Agression
• Direct Conflict

(It may get your point over, but it can also damage relationships)

Feminine ways of approaching conflict:

• Indirect conflict
• Conflict avoidance

(Taking it personally, saying he or she doesn't "get it", etc.)
